SHIPPING COST IS ESTIMATED ON SALES ORDERS. ACTUAL COST IS BILLED AT TIME OF SHIPPING.

SHIPPING COST IS ADDITIONAL UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

These terms apply to all orders placed with Greenpacks USA (GPUSA).

1.    Lead time. After all approvals, lead time is:

–    Stock: 24 to 48 hours

–    Groove Cups: 4 to 6 weeks

–    Import Orders: 10 to 14 weeks

2.    Leak and defect factor. An industry-standard leak and defect factor of 3% to 5% applies to all cup orders.

3.    Shipping point. All orders are FOB Dallas, TX 75006 or 75234 unless otherwise confirmed.

4.    Payment terms. Refer to Customer Terms. Past-due invoices may incur additional fees and penalties.

5.    Overrun / underrun. The overrun / underrun policy is 5% to 10%. Orders may ship over or under the ordered quantity within that range and are invoiced for the quantity shipped.

6.    Back orders. All back orders remain open unless otherwise notified.

7.    Payment discounts. All payment discounts need prior approval by GPUSA senior management.

8.    Returns. All returns must be authorized by GPUSA staff. See the Greenpacks USA Returns & Refund Policy.
